Beyond the visible range

For three-dimensional microscopic defect analysis, we use state-of-the-art technology that goes beyond the visible range. For this purpose, we use a microscope to create a highly magnified model of the workpiece to be inspected. As a result, not even the smallest detail escapes the qualified staff of our quality assurance laboratory. As always, we rely on zero-defect tolerance and use the process for both complaint samples and internal analyses to further optimize production stability. In this way, we not only guarantee the highest quality for our customers, but also put ourselves to the test in order to continuously improve our processes and products.

Because we also set the bar high for ourselves, we are certified according to the IATF 16949 standard, which combines all currently valid general requirements for quality management systems in the automotive industry.
