Our production facilities
Innovative and environmentally consciousLet’s take a little leap into the past: We have been operating our production in Wuppertal since 1927. What once began as a simple panel coating shop has evolved over the years into a state-of-the-art production site. Today, a total of four innovative coating lines are installed in Wuppertal.
All our production facilities offer a wide range of possibilities and are equipped with the latest technology. The latest example of our innovative strength is our new rubber extrusion line. It enables us to apply both foamed and conventionally unfoamed elastomer layers in layer thicknesses from 200 to 2,000 μm in a single pass – and on one or both sides, which means enormous energy savings.
Another special feature of our production lines is the color concept of the machines. Thanks to their different, thoroughly eye-catching paint finishes, the production environment is enhanced and the working environment is made more pleasant for our employees – an important aspect when it comes to working for our customers with motivation and commitment.

Sustainable production
We think about the environmentThe topic of sustainability also plays an important role for HUEHOCO in production. Wherever possible, we advocate environmentally friendly solutions and try to reduce the burden on the environment through innovative ideas.
One example of how successful we are in this is certainly our new rubber coating of metals on the newly designed rubber extrusion line. This plant enables us to produce the desired rubber layer thicknesses in a single pass. Compared to conventional coil coating, this is a real milestone when it comes to resource-saving production.
